Get Involved in the Ag Reserve Celebration!
How can I join the "Celebrate Rural Montgomery" effort and help
ensure a bright future for Montgomery County's Farmland
2. Consult our Calendar of Events to learn about the Celebrate Rural Montgomery on the 25th Anniversary of the Agricultural Reserve events that you and your family are invited to attend throughout 2005.

6. Become a Friend of the Ag Reserve to learn more about events and issues. Order one of our bumper stickers by contacting Andrea(at)ruralmontgomery.org. !

1. If you have an event planned for 2005, such as a community festival or fair, a church, school, recreational or civic organization function, contact us to learn how you can add your event to the 25th Anniversary Celebration of the Ag Reserve. We will provide you with printed materials and we will promote your event here on our website. Contact Andrea(at)ruralmontgomery.org.

4. Contact us (andrea(at)ruralmontgomery.org) if you would like us to speak to your civic group or school. One of our knowledgeable speakers will address your group and show slides of the Agricultural Reserve through the seasons, highlighting the history and benefits of the Reserve for all residents of the region.

3. Come along on one of our field trips to the Agricultural Reserve or organize your own with our help! We will be offering guided tours of the Ag Reserve through the Audubon Naturalist Society and other organizations. You can contact ANS at: 301-652-9188 ext. 16 or 14.
5. Support our local farmers and enjoy the Reserve! Visit the peach and berry orchards, pumpkin patches, Christmas tree farms, nurseries and farm stands within the Reserve and the farmers markets in lower Montgomery County and DC for fresh delicious home-grown produce.
